This Portola Valley home renovation focused on the expansion of the interior spaces and an elevated connection to its exceptional location. Vaulted ceilings combined with windows stretched down to the floor, establish a new rhythm of wall to glass, creating a series of unique landscape vignettes as one moves through the home. Poured form concrete walls and concrete floors are seamless. 

We built the walnut millwork found throughout the home. From the humbly scaled yet formal entry to the expansive celebrations of valley vistas, the simple lines and massing of this home maintain quiet confidence that provides serenity and a sense of wonder at the same time. The exterior was transformed with the addition of a pool, pool house, and lush landscaping.
